Lead and support strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring cross-functional stakeholder alignment, driving corporate productivity growth and operational excellence, and ensuring delivery of EBITDA improvement;
Diagnose business problems, formulate data-driven hypotheses, and execute rigorous analysis;
Synthesize findings into actionable insights and present strategic recommendations and implementation plans to executives;
Tracking and reporting of transformation and cost savings initiatives;
Support embedding transformation levers, processes, and structures; drive mindset change throughout the organization.

Requirements:

Degree in business management or equivalent;
3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategic project management, corporate transformation, FP&A and/or other roles with a focus on data driven decision making and/or operational improvement;
To collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels (from C-suite to front line operations);
Ability to multi-task and manage deliverables across a range of projects/initiatives;
Deadline-driven and organized;
Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills, proactive in identifying business performance improvement opportunities;
Results-driven and eager to deliver financial impact and returns from initiatives;
Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to structure data, model, create reports/dashboards and identify impactful insights from large and complex datasets;
Strong analytical skillset to craft executive-level presentations with clear storytelling and actionable insights with advanced PowerPoint;
Skillset to work with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Think-cell) is a plus;
Fluency in verbal and written English; preferably Cantonese speaking; Mandarin is a plus.
