- Assists in coordinating transportation
- F.5 Graduate, Holder of Diploma or above in Hotel Management will be preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Concierge
- Possession of a valid Hong Kong Driver’s license
- Customer-oriented with good problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Applicants with less experiences in Concierge can be considered as Assistant Bell Captain
