Tunbow is an advanced industrial designer and manufacturer and supplier of various electrothermic household appliances, including garment care appliances, cooking appliances and coffee machines.We welcome global talents!Responsibilities:Perform financial and operational audits, as well as ad hoc reviews, to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.Design audit programs and execute audit testing to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure operational efficiency.Support internal audit team members in risk management tasks, including collaborating with management and cross-departmental teams on risk assessments, tracking emerging risks, and preparing risk reports.Facilitate communication across departments, document audit findings, identify risks and inefficiency, provide actionable recommendations, develop improvement plans, and compile detailed internal audit reports.Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in external/internal audit, internal control, or risk management, preferably within a large audit firm or corporate environment.Good command of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese; with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.A proactive, self-motivated and collaborative team player.Ability to work independently with excellent analytical and problem-solvingskills.Experience in the IT and manufacturing industries is highly beneficial.Being awarded as one of the “Top Ten Companies to Work For” by the Chief Happiness Officer Association, we offer good remuneration package and career opportunities, including 5-day work, hardship allowance, discretionary bonus, medical coverage after probation, and education subsidy program.
