- Lead a team of supervisors and technical staff to manage maintenance and engineering activities of signalling or telecom systems / radio and telecom network systems
- Monitor and improve the equipment performance to sustain a high level of train service reliability
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for organising and controlling engineering works for service improvements
- Oversee asset management, system performance review, modification works as well as maintenance contract supervision
- Lead the Rapid Response Unit to perform instant service recovery
·A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
·Possession of Corporate Membership of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE) or other professional institutions is preferred
·Knowledge of signalling / telecom systems project management is an advantageRemarks·Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered
