- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives in the IC or key commodity markets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients who require IC or key commodity solutions in China and other Southeast Asian regions.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the electronics technology to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offices.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Participate and assist in ad hoc projects.
- Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
- 5+ years of electronics sales experience in trading, franchise, distribution, or manufacturing.
- Extensive knowledge of key commodity is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
