Date of Issue: 3 September 2025Position:Clerk IIIRank:Clerk IIIDepartment / Cluster / Hospital:Mixed Ward / Hong Kong West Cluster / MacLehose Medical Rehabilitation CentreSalary:HK$17,286 – HK$26,908 (HGPS point 2 - 9) per month including Monthly AllowanceUp to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities:1. Handle patient billing, settlement and front office shroff operation.2.Provide executive and administrative support in offices of clinical departments;3.Assist in planning, coordinating, organizing and managing departmental programs and activities;4.Assist in collecting and analyzing data for management reporting;5.File and retrieve documents, compile statistics and returns;6.Handle enquiries, liaise and communicate with staff and public;
7.Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.Entry Requirement:1.(a)Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent;OR
(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:(i) Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; and(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent;
2.
