Maintain medical records service with respect to record system, record retrieval, assembling, loan, return and disposal.2. Provide support for A&E and admission registration counter including patient registration, appointment booking, fees collection and enquiries.3. Handle the request for release of patient information in line with the provisions of Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.4. Provide administrative support, including liaison with internal and external parties, and handling of correspondences.5. Perform shifts duties, work outside normal working hours and on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, if required.6. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.Entry Requirements:1. (a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent.OR(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:- Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; and- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/"Attained" in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent.2. Ability to perform typing, word processing and/or Chinese word processing.Preferred Attributes/Exposure:1. Knowledge of HA IT systems, including but not limited to MRTS, IPAS and OPAS.2. Clerical experience with good knowledge of the functions and operations of the Department in one or more of the following areas:(i) Medical Records Store;(ii) A&E and Admission registration; and3.
