Our client is seeking a seasoned CCIE-certified professional to lead and support the operational stability of their enterprise network and application systems. This role demands deep technical expertise, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and a strategic mindset to drive performance and reliability across critical infrastructure. Job Responsibilities - Lead a large team of Engineers to provide support for applications and network operational systems; - Look after the whole design, configuration, and maintenance of network landscape; - To be the final escalation point for a complex technical issues requiring advanced troubleshooting or inccidents; - Define and maintain SOPs to meet SLAs with internal and external stakeholders; - Align network and application strategies with architectural goals and industry standards; - Improve system reliability, security, and performance through process enhancements; - Prepare performance reports and drive continuous improvement in quality assurance.
