As part of their digital transformation journey, they are seeking a skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to help bridge business needs with technology solutions.Role OverviewThe Senior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing system requirements, supporting infrastructure design, and ensuring the seamless operation of mission-critical systems. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, IT, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain complex systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot system issues and manage upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities
  • Deploy, configure, and support critical infrastructure including servers, workstations, and network equipment
  • Support and recommend IT policies, standard operating procedures, and capacity planning strategies
  • Gather and manage business and technical requirements from stakeholders
  • Write preliminary and final design specifications for system enhancements
  • Document technical work, progress reports, and system memos
  • Collaborate closely with the product engineering team to align system capabilities with business needs
  • Provide technical support to customers for system integration, troubleshooting, and product optimization
  • Participate in quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance and performance standards
Qualifications
  • Experience in large-scale engineering or IT infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge with software or hardware systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to engineering challenges
