- Drive the integration of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies into Chatbot and other digital solutions to enhance the customer experience and create an advanced inquiry platform.
- Collaborate closely with Bus to understand their needs and optimize the utilization of data science and digital technologies.
- Identify opportunities to apply Machine Learning (ML), AI, NLP, and Speech Recognition technologies to enhance the customer journey.
- Serve as the technical specialist representing the team, working with IT teams and vendors to ensure the readiness of Chatbot backend infrastructure, databases, and APIs for implementing technical solutions.
- Regularly review, enhance and improve the chatbot and NLP Development on platform
- Bachelor in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI Solution, NLP / speech analytics, speech recoginition solutions
- Experience of diverse data analysis with advanced text analytics skills, especially with English and Chinese.
- Programming experience with SQL, Sybase, Oracle, Python, C++, Scala, Java, R or similar language.
- Knowledge in System development life cycle, or Agile methodology, web service products and mobile development.
- Proactive and quick to respond to any system failure related scenarios, resolve the issue in timely manners.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese.
