  • Overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of HVAC/MVAC systems in construction projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors for smooth project execution.
  • Managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Conducting regular inspections to maintain quality and performance standards.
  • Identifying and resolving technical challenges promptly.
  • Preparing reports and documentation for project updates and reviews.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team.
Profile
  • A degree in BSE, mechanical or electrical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • minimum of 10 yrs of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC/MVAC systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols in the property industry.
  • Good communication and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively.
