  • Handling of check in and check out procedures such as meet and greet, payment collection, luggage handling and rooming
  • Handling incoming calls, tenant general enquiries, sales enquiries & viewing appointments
  • To carry out daily, weekly and monthly operation reports; and overseeing of check in and out documents
  • In coordination with Team Leader, Housekeeping handling of room assignments for housekeepers and coordinating with sales
  • Ensure the stock level of all goodies, amenities, inventory and cleaning supplies are accurate and aligned with TMS/Product system
  • Assist supervisors to check room preparations prior to check in and on all administration works whenever necessary
  • Any other tasks as assigned
Requirement:
  • Diploma or higher preferable in hospitality management
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • 3-5 years in customer service/ hospitality experience
