Vice President – Finance & Operations (Private Equity)

• Set up and oversee all financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators.

• Design and implement operational workflows and infrastructure for fund management.
• Oversee fund administration, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
• Support investment execution and post-investment monitoring processes.
• Develop and maintain risk management and compliance protocols.

• Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and business planning.
• Contribute to fundraising, investor relations, and portfolio company support.
• Lead cross-functional projects to scale the firm’s operations globally.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in finance and operations within Private Equity or Venture Capital.
• Proven track record in setting up finance and operations functions from scratch.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, offshore jurisdictions, and regulatory frameworks.
