HR and Employee Engagement Executive (Freelance)

- Reporting to the People Operations and Employee Engagement Team, you are expected to:
- Assist in developing and executing employee engagement programs
- Assist in facilitating and monitoring engagement project plans, schedules and budgets
- Manage engagement event logistics including venue booking and decorations, internal communication, materials preparation
- Assist in analyzing engagement event needs and existing programmes, making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Research on information for employee engagement programs, employee perks and benefits
- Evaluate event engagement effectiveness by conducting post-event data analysis
- Assist in onboarding preparation and continuously improving the onboarding journey
- Provide administrative support on other internal projects
- Able to work for 2-3 weekdays per week (9:30am - 6:30pm)
- Self-motivated, possess the ability to take initiative with a 'can-do' attitude
- Fluency in English and Cantonese, both spoken and written
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst retaining a strong eye for detail
- Fluent in Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google form and other visual designs software with creativity
- Preferably education in Psychology / Human Resources / Business / Administration/ Marketing
- Relevant experience in Human Resources is a plus
