  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
  • Ensure hotel computer systems are properly installed and operating smoothly
  • Assist in resolving all standard and customized features and functions of the hotel systems
  • Administer IT infrastructure, including AD, Email, Hyper-V, firewalls, antivirus, and malware
  • protection software
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and other IT-related matters
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferred
  • Familiar with Windows applications and networking
  • Hands-on experience in computer technical support, SQL Server, HTML/PHP web services,
  • WAN/LAN, routers/switches, and network cabling infrastructure, preferred
  • Proactive and able to work independently
