Provide Pro-Active field applications support to customers and internal customersTo provide on-site applications and troubleshooting support for customersEnsure that our existing & new customer base are supported with good quality and professional service; identify and satisfy customers’ needs in a pro-active manner, to foster and maintain good partnership with customersPerform application installation & site inspectionRegularly update all relevant account-related and daily activities via REXIS or equivalent system to ensure proper customer care, monitoring and resolutionKeep up-to date knowledge including instrument operation and application related informationSupport internal customers on application's related topics to achieve business resultsProvide cross-training to relevant colleaguesEnsure important information are passed to colleagues and relevant customers and follow up actions are performed as per RDHKL compliance guidelines2. Provide Roche Lab IT & Automation products application supportInstallation of Lab IT hardware and softwareProvide and implement backup and recovery solutionsPreventive MaintenanceInvolve in planning Roche automation products including site survey and other project formsTesting and configuration of Roche automation products onsite in tandem with Roche Lab IT productsProvide operation training to internal and external customersPerform troubleshooting3.
