  • Manage daily warehouse operations
  • Manpower planning & allocation to ensure a high level of morale and productivity
  • Logistics experience in FMCG / Retail industry is mandatory
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full spectrum of warehouse operations, including but not limited to goods receiving, order picking, loading and transportation
  • Maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment by implementing and enforcing safety policies
  • Lead the logistics and warehouse teams to provide excellent services and support according to business goals and key performance indicators
  • Monitor and manage the performance of external service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery to retail stores
  • Collaborate with various departments to assure seamless supply chain service
  • Formulate policies and procedures for inventory, warehouse and logistics management
  • Review logistics operating flow and procedures regularly to achieve competitive cost and effectiveness
  • Provide regular analytical reports to identify issues and propose cost-efficient initiatives
  • Perform any other duties and Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
  • Degree holder in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management
  • At least 10 years' logistics experience of which 3 years in FMCG / Retail industry is mandatory
  • Solid experience in warehouse and transportation management in Hong Kong, Macau and China markets.
  • Familiar with common KPI to monitor logistics service providers
  • Organized and with strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with high accuracy
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Candidates with more experience could be considered as Senior Manager
