Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.It's a one-year contract role.Job SummaryProvide support to Customer Development Team, in establishing positive relationships with customers to support our strategic goals and enhance pet parent experienceEnhance effective promotion executionManage the relationship with customers and improve 6P KPIs across retail channelsExecute and implement customer specific plans, JBP and promotional campaigns to drive demand and achieve commercial goals of sales, market share, margin, within budget spendProvide regular reports generation; Commercial 6P, data tracking and market intelligenceAny other Ad Hoc commercial activitiesPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities%Task30%Support in Customer Management and CoordinationMaintain and manage proactive communication with customers on general enquiriesCustomer claims management including Credit notes and rebates handlingCommunicate Daily Stock status to customerProduct Quality case communication and coordinationReturn Handling coordinationManage and coordinate Trade Announcements30%Support in Hill’s 6P Execution and Demand Generation Programs:POSM Support, handling and coordinationProcurement of commercial promotion needsVendor creation for promotional eventsAssist to implement and enhance execution of 6P excellenceSupport Demand Generation Manager to leverage customer’s databases to implement shopper programs and events30%Reporting, Data Analytics to identify team opportunities:6Ps Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) trackingPromotion execution tracking, monitoring, maintenanceUpdate and help maintain customer sales reports and inventory management reportsProvide topline highlights to sales reports (internal and external reports); coordinate with Customer Development Team on key corrective areas needs on weekly basis e.g. Distribution10%Market Intelligence TrackingCompetitors online and instore activities monitoring100Total Percent (not to exceed 100%)This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions.
