Responsibilities:Design and implement data models to track business performance and generate actionable insights within the Leasing and Finance modules.Gather and consolidate business requirements, and facilitate communication between stakeholders and IT teams to support business analysis and reporting needs.Develop and maintain performance monitoring reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance to support strategic decision-making.Provide support for ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing analytical expertise and reporting capabilities.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Data Science, or related disciplines.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; experience in the Leasing Industry is preferred.Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, transformation, modeling, and analysis.Familiarity with Data Analysis and Visualization Tools such as Tableau or Power BIExcellent analytical skills with strong data sense.Knowlege of Programming Language such as Python, C++, C#All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
