This role is dedicated to manage Editorial Marketing sample process and sample delivery to meet both brand and regional merchant team need. It is critical to facilitate collaboration between multiple cross-functional teams and vendors on sample order management.A day in the life:

Manage end to end sample operating process in seasonal timelines.
Preview seasonal sample timelines to ensure both RMV and FGV could strictly complete order within preset timeframe.
Voice out any potential roadblocks on achieving target sample delivery date.
Monitor FG vendors to get the orders soonest after PR release with accurate information
Identifying and resolving any unknown risks and uncertainties that may impact delivery of the samples.
Collaborate cross-functionally with SSC Sample Operation partners, stakeholders to provide efficient and effective service to support sample request
Closely monitoring order delivery status and outstanding issues to ensure on-time sample delivery.

Qualifications:

Your ideal background: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textiles or related fields; 7+ years experience in a similar role within a production environment; strong knowledge of technical fabrics, garment construction and related machinery.
Experience in working directly with vendors and ability in driving performance
Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
Fluent in English (with Mandarin preferred)
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook); Excel is your best friend
