- Handle document filing, land/company searches, and visa-related tasks
- Manage mail collection, sorting, and distribution
- Provide courier and fax services
- Support mailroom and printroom functions
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Assist with conference room setups and internal office moves
- Help with document scanning, indexing, and destruction
- Answer incoming calls and support general maintenance tasks
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as needed
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office is preferred
- Good communication and a collaborative team spirit
- Flexible, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Willing to work shifts and adapt to changing priorities
- Prior experience in office support is a plus
