- Manage the day to day operation of the assigned carpark and ensure a smooth and safety operations are maintained
- Monitor the performance of the site staff and control the customer service standards, quality & performance of the carparks
- Handle clients queries in a prompt and professional manner
- Perform ad-hoc duties as per required
- Degree holder in Business, Property/Housing Management, Transport/Logistics Management or related discipline
- Possesses with 3 years' experience in property and/or car park management in which with minimum of 1 year managerial / supervisory role, with experience working at carpark management is advantageous
- Holder of Property Management Practitioner Tier 2 Licence
- Possesses with a valid Driving License is an advantage
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Shift duty is required
- Immediately available is highly preferred
