- Architect scalable AI frameworks, ensuring seamless integration into enterprise systems.
- Oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions, with a focus on optimizing performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Lead the design and execution of proofs of concept (PoCs) and pilot implementations to validate AI applications.
- Manage the transition of AI models from development to production, ensuring reliability, retraining cycles, and operational excellence.
- Implement best practices for infrastructure, including containerized deployments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), microservices and serverless architectures.
- Work with advanced tools, including vector databases, cloud-native AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise LLM workflows.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends to ensure the adoption of the most effective tools and frameworks.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align AI strategies with organizational objectives.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable architectures.
- Oversee model performance monitoring and establish evaluation frameworks to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure AI solutions align with compliance, security, and ethical standards.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Demonstrated ability to scale AI models into production environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on business impact.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of AI/GenAI deployment techniques and advanced architectures.
