Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms.
Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
Lead and mentor a team of AI developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and address any technical or organizational challenges.
Communicate project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
5+ Proven experience in AI development, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
Knowledge of data engineering and big data technologies.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
