Operation Executive - Maritime Operation

• Coordinate and oversee vessel operations, including voyage planning, port calls, and vessel performance monitoring.
• Manage bunker operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective bunkering arrangements while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize vessel utilization, minimize downtime, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor vessel schedules, track vessel movements, and ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with suppliers, agents, and port authorities to facilitate smooth vessel operations, including customs clearance, crew changes, and cargo operations.
• Prepare and review operational reports, including bunker consumption, vessel performance, and voyage analysis.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vessel and bunker management activities.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in vessel operations and bunker management within the shipping industry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated approach.
