  • 負責日常機電設備維修保養，包括廚房、泳池、水泵、燈光、影音及冷氣系統. Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including kitchen, pool, water pumps, lighting, audio-visual, and air-conditioning systems.
  • 定期檢查及預防性維修設備，確保工具及材料充足。Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • 監察承判商工作表現，確保符合指引及標準。Monitor contractors’ performance to meet standards.
  • 記錄機電設備數據，並向資深工程師匯報。Maintain records and report to Senior/Duty Engineers.
  • 完成其他上司指派的工作。Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • 五天工作，輪班制。Five-day work, rotating shifts.
要求 (Requirements):
  • 5年或以上電力、冷氣、樓宇管理或消防系統維修經驗，具酒店、會所或物業管理經驗者優先。5+ years of experience in electrical, air-conditioning, building management, or fire protection systems. Hotel/clubhouse/property management experience preferred.
  • 持有 A 級或以上電業工程人員牌照。 Holder of Grade A (or above) Electrical Worker Certificate.
  • 持有香港建造業安全訓練證明書。 Holder of Hong Kong Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate.
  • 完成認可學徒訓練或同等資歷。 Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
