
IT Project Manager - Corporate Ledger Finance System / Cloud

- Align with project goals, scope, timeline, budget, methodology, and resource needs.
- Spearhead the end-to-end upgrade and migration of corporate ledger systems in Hong Kong and Singapore offices to a selected SaaS platform.
- Create and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource assignments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and vendor teams across both locations.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, corporate governance, data security, and IT policies.
- Track project progress, identify risks early, and deploy effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage project issues through reporting, prioritization, escalation, and resolution processes.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates on milestones, budgets, risks, and issues.
- Lead the Project Steering Committee to maintain strategic alignment, ensure timely decisions, and engage executive stakeholders.
- Oversee data migration to ensure accuracy and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage planning, execution, reporting, and sign-off for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Establish and enforce change control processes to maintain scope, timeline, and budget integrity.
- Drive operational readiness, including user training, documentation, IT support preparation, system go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Certification in established project management frameworks (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Demonstrated success in leading regional or multi-country IT and finance transformation initiatives.
- Experience implementing corporate ledger systems in financial institutions is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership in managing diverse teams, including business SMEs, IT professionals, and external vendors.
- Exceptional documentation skills, producing clear project plans, status reports, budget reports, RAID logs, and governance materials.
- Working knowledge of cloud technology and vendor commercial practices.
