We specialise in foreign exchange, credits and rates, structured derivatives, equities and debt, equity and equity-linked capital markets.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an FX Cash Business Manager APAC.RoleThe FX Cash Business Manager is responsible for providing direct support to Trading and the wider Business Management team in handling all financial, operational, technological and administrative tasks related to running the FX Cash business in APAC.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for the operational framework of the FX Cash business in Asia and recognised as the go-to person to provide day-to-day support and manage issues whenever these occur. They will work closely with Trading heads and COO management to set goals, priorities and focus. A proactive and collaborative partnership with support functions across the front to back workflow is essential to ensure an optimal support model for the business is maintained.The Business Management team partner with the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Team by providing subject matter expertise to review operational incidents and ensure remediation & preventive actions are identified and implemented. The BM role includes working closely with IT to reduce operational risk and minimise the impact of IT incidents. A successful candidate will need to develop an in-depth understanding of the IT infrastructure in order to effectively follow-up on production issues, the automation agenda and an overall reduction in manual processes.The candidate will also be responsible for managing and executing all small changes across the region as well as coordinating the delivery and execution of global strategic change.The BM is accountable for the production and development of key Management Information (MI), Management Packs and Business Updates leveraging the support model with Bangalore.Requirements

Prior Business Management experience (or working closely with a Business Management team)
Proven ability to work in a pressurised environment with time critical deadlines, multiple tasks and the ability to reprioritise tasks dynamically as priorities change
In-depth end-to-end understanding / knowledge of the FX Cash Trading business is advantageous
Strong interest in Financial Markets and desire to learn and become an SME in FX Cash
Excellent interpersonal skills - good team player and ability to develop lasting relationships
Effective communicator (written & verbal) at different levels of seniority
Flexibility to provide support to trading during production issues, market events etc.
Excellent understanding of project management and delivery skills across the project lifecycle
