- Close liaison with Branches for preparing the sales plans and sales activities
- Review tactical and strategic plans for boosting sales revenue and achieve year end assigned target within regulatory framework
- Develop insurance sales capacity, sales coaching, training and sales advisory support
- Manage sales force with the aim to achieve sales target performance
- Comply with Hong Kong regulatory framework related insurance ordinances and guidelines issued by the HKMA and SFC
- Monitor high net worth clients’ portfolios to continue enhancement of customers’ experience
- University graduate
- Qualifications in IIQAS and CFA, CFP, FRM is preferable
- 5-7 years related banking or insurance related field experience
- Excellent communication skill and presentation skill
- Strong influencing skill and analytical skill
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Good in Mandarin
