- Lead the Charge: Take ownership of a large-scale cloud migration project, coordinating efforts across internal teams and external partners.
- Plan & Execute: Build and manage detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets-ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
- Be the Go-To Contact: Act as the central point of communication for stakeholders, aligning expectations and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive Technical Excellence: Collaborate with architects and engineers to design a robust migration strategy that ensures performance, scalability, and security in the cloud.
- Orchestrate Teams: Guide cross-functional teams including developers, testers, infrastructure, and offshore resources to deliver results.
- Ensure Quality: Oversee testing and validation to ensure the migration meets enterprise standards and business needs.
- Manage Change: Handle change requests with precision, ensuring all updates are well-documented and approved.
- Experience: 8+ years in IT project delivery, with hands-on experience in cloud migration, legacy system upgrades, or data transformation projects. At least 2 years focused on cloud initiatives.
- Technical Know-How: Solid understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with legacy systems and data migration tools.
- Certifications: PMP, CSM, or equivalent credentials are a plus.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other project collaboration tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Analytical, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of regulatory and security considerations in cloud environments
- Background in insurance or exposure to policy administration systems
