As a pivotal member of the 8-person team, you will be crucial in ensuring the seamless transition and management of facilities post-handover from the contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to showcase their expertise in facility management and project coordination.ResponsibilitiesLead the management of the redevelopment project for a block within the club premises, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.Coordinate with the appointed project manager to oversee day-to-day operations and address any issues that may arise during the project duration.Assume responsibility for the facility management of other club facilities during the redevelopment period, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions to members and guests.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive facility management plans post-handover, including maintenance schedules, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for necessary services and supplies related to facility maintenance and operations.Provide technical expertise and guidance on basic engineering and renovation projects, including alterations and additions (A&A) as needed.Utilize property management software and tools to track and monitor facility-related data, including maintenance requests, work orders, and asset inventories.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering (preferably Building Services Engineering), Building Surveying, or a related field.Proven experience in facility management, with a focus on renovation or redevelopment projects.Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and external vendors.Knowledge of basic engineering principles and building codes, with experience in alterations and additions (A&A) preferred.Familiarity with property management software and tools for tracking and reporting facility-related data.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing facility-related issues.Fluency in verbal and written communication in Cantonese and Chinese is required; written English is necessary for reporting and documentation.Apply / Refer a FriendInterested parties, please send your CV / LinkedIn profile to Scarlett Chan at or apply directly.Know somebody who might be interested?
