Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document detailed requirements for the new agency training platform.
Support the development and enhancement of AI-related features, including the recommendation engine and role play functionalities.
Facilitate UAT processes, ensuring that the platform meets functional and performance requirements.
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Participate in end-to-end project management activities, from initial requirements gathering to implementation and review.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or insurance sector.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
