- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document detailed requirements for the new agency training platform.
- Support the development and enhancement of AI-related features, including the recommendation engine and role play functionalities.
- Facilitate UAT processes, ensuring that the platform meets functional and performance requirements.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Participate in end-to-end project management activities, from initial requirements gathering to implementation and review.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or insurance sector.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
