- Design the global distribution management strategy and vision.
- Build a successful team - spread across Asia, North America and Europe.
- Lead the development of frameworks - translating global/regional strategies into actionable targets for distributors.
- ROI management - drive resource allocation to ensure priority markets are well supported.
- Collaborate - with regional P&L leaders, to create great synergies across sales and support functions towards maximizing customer experience and performance.
- Partnering global COEs - use internal resources to drive a flawless and progressive distributor management framework.
- Master's degree in Business or a related field
- Proven track record of success in a senior distributor management role.
- Minimum five years in selling products to automotive OEMs.
- Ideally, experience in a global role or multiple regions via internal job moves etc.
- Understanding of lubricants or similar product groups is preferred but not a must.
- In-depth knowledge of OEM market dynamics, trends, and challenges.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Leadership experience, with a focus on team development and performance.
- Extensive travel across APAC, EMEA or US, with a minimum expectation of 50%.
