- Process and follow up in-bound lead enquiries, and provide professional HR advisory services in helping corporate clients acquire appropriate HR solutions offered by the company (e.g. payroll/ HR outsourcing service, HR applications, visa services, etc.)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR problems, and providing effective solutions.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, identifying potential clients, and closing deals.
- Cross-sell and promote other HR solutions offered by the Company to clients by understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Experience: Understanding HR principles, practices, and industry trends and a proven track record in B2B solution sales, preferably in HR Solutions and Corporate Solutions or related products is highly desirable. “Career Changers” who possess a strong willingness to learn are welcome to join our team.
