About Our ClientOur client is a sizable and reputable organization with a stable revenue source. They are now recruiting for Senior HR leader with 15-18 years of work experience to lead the HR generalist team.Job DescriptionLeading a team of HR generalists, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting the organization's human resources strategy. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing manpower & budget planning , annual exercise, HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding, and providing expert guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution. You will oversee compensation and benefits programs, including performance evaluations, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations. Additionally, you will provide feedback on the HRIS and provide process revamp ideas , as well as organizing and delivering employee training and professional development initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and collaborating closely with management to ensure HR strategies effectively support overall business objectives.The Successful ApplicantThe successful applicant should possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, preferably with a minimum of 8-10 years in a management capacity. You should have a solid and stable track record working for sizable organizations and have excellent knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws and employment regulations. Proven experience in managing the end to end employee life cycle is essential, along with good language, communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also exhibit a proactive, solution-oriented mindset that supports effective HR management and organizational growth.What's on Offer

Package between $65,000 - $80,000 per month with additional bonus depending on tenure and calibre
