
Senior Manager - HR Operations (Regional)

- Oversee comprehensive HR operations, encompassing payroll processing, MPF, tax reporting, benefits administration and equity plan management
- Establish and standardize HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment
- Coordinate compliance audits and proactively mitigate risks
- Support the annual performance review cycle, including managing salary increases, bonus payments, long-term incentive grants and vesting
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and communication of HR Reward programs in collaboration with HR leadership and relevant stakeholders
- Oversee the annual HR budgeting process and monitor headcount budgets throughout the year
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to optimize workflows and automate processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or relate discipline
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in regional HR Shared Services and or HR Operations preferably gained from Financial Services sector
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Hong Kong and APAC labor regulations is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in managing complex HR issues and delivering scalable HR solutions across multiple locations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately process and manage large volumes of data
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- Proficient in both written and verbal English and Chinese
