Responsibilities:Directly working with CEO and CFO, overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration activities, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations etc.Lead a team to provide HR Operations across APAC regionPlan, review, develop, drive and implement various policies and proceduresManage staff movements, grievances, complaints, and disciplinary mattersMaintain a strong communication network with all levels of stakeholdersRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplinesMinimum 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably from Fashion/Retail industry with at least 3 years at a managerial levelExperience in working directly with an Executive Leadership team and/or CFO & CEO will be an advantage; providing support and strategic insights to align with organizational goalsAble to build trust-worthy relationships with strong communication and people management skillsPositive mind, detail-orientated, well-organized and flexibleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, meticulous and able to meet tight deadlinesWell versed in employment related legislation and HR practices, with regional exposure in APAC regions will be an advantageGood command in both written and spoken English and Chinese proficiency in Putonghua is an advantageAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
