Job ResponsibilitiesHandle full set of C&B functions, including monthly payroll processes, benefits mangement, leave management, taxation, MPF, final payment and employ compensation.Support and coordinate employee records from system and timesheets, calculate late and OT records accuratelyPrepare various HR reports / analysis for management reviewAssist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screeningsAssist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessionsProvide HR & Admin support to HK & TW offices (less experience in TW will be considered)Work closely with colleagues of other offices including PRC, TWAssist in other ad hoc projects assigned by HR ManagerJob RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines3 years relevant experience in Human Resources & Administration, with C&B focus in HR experience is preferredFamiliar with HK Employment OrdinanceGood command of spoken English, Mandarin and CantoneseGood command of MS office (Word & Excel), Chinese Word ProcessingStrong multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize work and attention to detailsPositive working attitude, independent, efficient, punctual and well organizedImmediate available is highly preferredWe offer attractive remuneration with excellent career opportunities to the right candidate.
