- Support Sales team to drive infrastructure services business or opportunity, especially in Virtualization, SAN Storage, Backup solutions and Hybrid Cloud Solution
- Obtain and review client’s requirements as to propose the best-fit solutions to fulfil client’s needs
- Prepare and deliver solution for customer, including presentation, demonstration, PoC, proposal writing
- Responsible for solution design and Scope of Work
- Proactively works with sales team to support sales activities
- Ability to operate under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- University Graduate / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or Information Technology, or relate discipline
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Pre-Sales or with relevant experience
- SI or Distributor experience would be an advantage
- Technical knowledge on Virtualization, Server, SAN Storage, HCI and Backup Solutions
- Experience on below brands and technologies have advantages
- Storage: DELL EMC, Pure Storage, NetApp, HDS and HPE etc.
- Backup: EMC, Veeam, Commvault, Veritas etc
- Holder of professional certifications would be an advantage (e.g. VCP)
- Knowledge of Cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud & AliCloud) are plus but not mandatory
- Proactive and independent
- Good communication, writing and presentation skills
- Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
