
Ast Finance Manager, Business Finance

- Drive planning processes including sales performance tracking, compensation scheme development, P&L management, and payroll oversight for the Direct Business division.
- Analyze performance metrics, forecast financial outcomes, prepare budgets, identify opportunities and threats, propose action plans, and present findings to senior leaders
- Partner with the Finance team to ensure KPI achievements, revenue optimization, and expense control, driving the desired Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for the business model.
- Create regular, actionable reports and dashboards that track performance trends and uncover operational improvement opportunities. Present monthly strategy decks to senior executives.
- Design and manage sales incentive structures, complete compensation calculations, and ensure alignment between performance and reward.
- Set up controls to ensure data accuracy, complete financial evaluations, and proactively mitigate risks associated with sales campaigns and business operations.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and dashboards while defining KPIs, enabling data-driven decision-making across various functional teams.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines; a major in Finance is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial or business planning within the financial, insurance, wealth management background, with a year or more in management consulting highly desirable.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, Access), alongside proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Ability to analyze complex data and extract meaningful insights to recommend business improvements.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal), coupled with the ability to develop compelling stories and present insights to senior management.
- Results-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
