- Join a Shipping Team of 3 members
- Handle general shipping duties including import/export documentation, courier shipments, shipment booking, transportation arrangements, and coordination
- Coordinate with China-based factories for shipment scheduling
- Liaise with logistics service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Prepare export shipping documents for overseas markets such as Europe and the US
- Ensure smooth communication and documentation flow across all shipping activities
- Form 5 graduate or above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping documentation within trading, manufacturing, sourcing, or buying office environments
- Familiarity with export shipping procedures for overseas markets
- Proficient in English for email communication
- Skilled in Chinese word processing
- Strong team player with good coordination skills
- Very minimal overtime required
- Friendly and collaborative team culture
- Work-life balance : very few OT work required
