- We are a renowned Indian multinational specializing in the manufacturing of fine jewellery, precious gemstones, and semi-precious stones. With vertically integrated operations, we:
- Own and operate gemstone mines, and collaborate with reputable mining partners worldwide
- Cut, polish, and process gemstones in our state-of-the-art facilities located in China, India, and Thailand
- Serve a diverse international clientele across China, Europe, Hong Kong, Japan, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Thailand, and the USA
- To support our expanding global operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Clerk to join our Hong Kong office.
- Coordinate air shipments and liaise with courier companies
- Handle import/export declarations and ensure compliance with regulations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate shipping records
- Review courier invoices and arrange timely payments
- Collaborate closely with the Shipping Supervisor and a small team of two
- Secondary school graduate (Form 5 or above)
- Minimum 2 years of shipping experience in trading or manufacturing sectors
- Proficiency in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
- Familiarity with air freight logistics preferred
- Experience in fine jewellery or gemstone industry is a plus
- Exposure to overseas markets, particularly the US and Europe, is desirable
