- Greet VIP / Club guest and bit farewell
- Provide a smooth check in and check out experience, as well as F&B services to guests
- Handle inquiries and collect feedback from guests
- Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to Hotel’s policies and procedures
- Supervise The Club & Guest Relations operation and workflow to maximize guests’ satisfaction
- Minimum 3 years of experience at the Front Office/ Guest Relations in world class service Hotels
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated independent individuals
- Strong leadership skills and communication skills
- Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
