The successful candidate will enforce Deed of Mutual Covenant or Tenancy Agreement terms, handle requests and complaints from tenants and owners, perform day-to-day building management and inspection services, and oversee property maintenance, security and cleaning services.Requirements:

Degree holders with 4 years of relevant experience or Diploma/Higher Certificate with 6 years of relevant experience
Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
Knowledge of PC operations
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Property Officer
