
Finance & HR Manager

- Oversee daily finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
- Manage core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and pension administration
- Supervise office administration and monitor operational budgets
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations
- Maintain internal controls and coordinate financial audits
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions across departments
- Collaborate with headquarters on people-related initiatives and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong accounting and tax regulations, extensive experience in accounts payable
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling and reporting tools
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
