- Lead and coordinate campaigns and communications across various platforms and channels, establishing EVIDENT as a leading platform for Alternative Assets.
- Take business objectives and translate these into a marketing strategy
- Oversee and delegate the marketing team and resources.
- Manage and optimise advertising efforts, both digital and non-digital, to meet growth KPIs.
- Source, structure, and utilise target-audience data, to power campaigns and communication efforts. Continuously drive decisions and efforts through data.
- Collaborate closely with the product, engineering, and investment management teams to gain insights and align marketing strategies with company objectives.
- Continuously analyse market trends, customer feedback, and cultivated campaign data to refine marketing approaches.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to successfully bring projects to fruition
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role in a B2C context, preferably in FinTech.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth-focused marketing campaigns.
- You understand how to develop a brand, and building out all elements of a brand and visual identity.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and various strategies (mirror audience, A/B testing…)
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a creative team.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Native English fluency required to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region
