In addition, you will contribute to the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring that projects align with our strategic goals and are executed efficiently. You will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights that support both strategy and project delivery.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and project plans.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Support the PMO by standardizing project management processes and tools.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or project management, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Candidate with financial services and consulting background is preferred.
