Serve as the epitome of warm, intuitive service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs with grace and efficiency
Curate bespoke experiences—from securing coveted restaurant reservations to arranging exclusive local tours
Act as our guests’ trusted guide, offering expert knowledge of Hong Kong’s vibrant culture, hidden gems, and premier attractions
Ensure seamless operations through meticulous attention to administrative details and guest preferences

Who You Are

A hospitality professional with a Diploma in Hospitality Management or related discipline
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua, with the charm of a storyteller and the precision of a diplomat
Passionate about delivering excellence, with a willingness to embrace flexible shift patterns
