Sourcing Specialist - IT Components Broker

- Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers of IT components and ICs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local trading platforms and direct supplier networks.
- Request quotes, evaluate suppliers, follow up on orders, and continuously search for new suppliers.
- Negotiate favorable terms and ensure cost, quality, and compliance targets are achieved.
- Provide regular reporting and updates in English to the headquarters team in Israel.
- Stay up to date with IT and IC market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or trading of IT components and/or ICs.
- Proven track record working with major trading networks and direct suppliers.
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship-building skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken); Mandarin is required.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results quickly.
