(a) Client rollout and mailbox data conversion to Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) for HD email users
(b) On-going technical support of HD's Lotus Notes email systems including the supporting infrastructure
(c) On-going technical support of HD's Internet Email Gateway
(d) Transition from HD's Internet Email Gateway to Internet Mail Exchange (IMX) by DPOYrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0

Requirements (a) Experience in supporting client rollout of CMMP including mailbox data conversion
(b) Experience in supporting Lotus Notes/Domino version 9.0 or above at both client side and server side
(c) Experience in supporting Confidential Messaging Application (CMSG)
(d) Experience in supporting the interface between HD's departmental email system and Government Communication Network(GCN)
(e) Experience in supporting the interface between HD's departmental email system and Internet Mail Exchange (IMX) service
(f) Experience in supporting Internet mail gateway with anti-spam function
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM);
. At least 3 years' experience in Lotus Notes Administration & Technical Support (LON);
. At least 3 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS);
. At least 3 years' experience in Domino and Lotus Script (DLS);
. 6 months' experience in Lotus Notes Application Development (LNA) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Networking (NET) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
